one-pc-store.com covers specifying, building and upgrading custom computers. Anything transactional — a quote, an order, your account, a support request — lives on the main 1ComputerOutlet site. Keeping it in one place means a single record of what you bought and a single set of terms governing it, rather than two that can quietly diverge.
Questions
Is this the same business as 1ComputerOutlet?
Yes. This is a website of Wholesale Computer Outlet LLC, trading as 1ComputerOutlet, at 106 North Woodland Boulevard, DeLand, Florida 32720. The workshop that builds these machines is the workshop that repairs them.
Do you have more than one workshop?
No. One store and one repair workshop, both in DeLand, Florida.
Why are there no prices or benchmark figures on this site?
Prices and stock live on the main site, backed by the inventory system, so they are current. Benchmark and frame-rate figures are absent because any number published here would depend on settings, drivers and software versions, and would be wrong for most people reading it.
Can you tell me how fast a build will be?
We can explain which component governs which part of your work and where the money should go. We will not quote a frame rate, a render time or a performance multiple, because those depend on your specific software and settings.
Do you build machines certified for professional software?
We build to published vendor requirements. We are not an authorised reseller for any manufacturer and we do not issue certification — that is the software vendor's to grant for specific hardware and driver combinations.
Can I supply my own components?
Often, and reusing sound parts is sensible. Ask first so compatibility can be checked. Parts you supply are not covered by our parts warranty.
What warranty applies to a build?
New parts carry a one-year warranty, excluding acts of God, physical damage and neglect.
Will you tell me if I do not need a new machine?
Yes. If an upgrade to your existing computer would solve the problem, or an off-the-shelf machine covers it, that is what we will recommend.
Can machines be upgraded later?
That is designed in. Case clearance, free slots and power-supply headroom are chosen so the next step is fitting a part rather than starting again — provided you tell us at the outset that you want it.
