Build consultation
Describe the work. We will turn it into a specification, and explain every choice in it.
What to tell us
The more precisely you describe the work, the better the specification. "Video editing" spans a phone clip and a multi-camera timeline; "CAD" spans a bracket and a ten-thousand-part assembly. The detail is what makes the advice worth having.
- The applications you use, and which one matters most
- The size of a typical file, project or assembly
- Your display — resolution and refresh rate
- Anything the machine must not do: be loud, be large, run hot
- Whether it needs to expand later, and roughly how
- A budget, or a range — it changes what we recommend, honestly
What you get back
A specification with a reason attached to each significant choice, a note of where we would spend more if the budget allowed, and where we would spend less without you noticing.
If an off-the-shelf machine covers what you have described, or an upgrade to your current one would, we will tell you that instead. It is a shorter conversation and a better answer.
Where the conversation happens
Enquiries go through the contact page on the main 1ComputerOutlet site, so the requirement is written down and nothing is lost between messages. The workshop is at 106 North Woodland Boulevard, DeLand, Florida 32720 if you would rather do it in person.
